This product is used as a base coat to reduce water and water vapor absorption on alkali surfaces, protect against mold, concrete damage and discoloration. This product can also protect concrete water tanks. This paint can be used for interior and exterior walls and ceilings made of asbestos, brick, concrete, board, mortar, concrete and so on. The advantage of this product is that it can be used as a base coat for painting using VINILEX and SUPER VINILEX to protect the top coat from alkali (anti-alkali) contained in cement, and can close hairline cracks. In addition, the nature of asbestos that absorbs water or emulsions can cause floating and absorption of paint.
